Heal from Within began with a deep-rooted belief in the power of healing through connection — to oneself, to others, and to the beauty of nature. My 15 years experience working as a family support worker, social worker, psychotherapist and Reiki practitioner has shaped my holistic approach to therapy and my vision to creating a space whereby people can heal from within.

Therapeutic Approach
I work from a humanistic and integrative approach. This places the client at the centre of the therapeutic process. My approach stems from an elective viewpoint that there is "no one size fits all" and I therefore work with a variety of modalities, theories and techniques including person – centered, cognitive behavioural, psychoanalytic somatic trauma therapies, dialectic and acceptance commitment therapy.
I tailor my approach based on each client’s individual needs. This means some clients may need only a single session whereby other clients may benefit from more long term support. The length of time you attend varies depending on the issue causing you distress and how its impacting your life. At the initial assessment stage, we will collaboratively decide on the best therapeutic approach to facilitate your journey. We will review the therapy process and progress at regular intervals.
The foundation of my work is based on the premsie that the mind, body and environment are inseparable and fluid. Help facilitate your journey so you can create awareness and return to your self.
