At Heal from Within, we understand that being a parent can at times feel scary, challenging, and confusing. It is normal to feel out of your depth or consumed with worry if your child is struggling with their emotions or displaying challenging behaviors.

At Heal from Within, we provide you with the skills, tools and information so you can be the best support to your child. We support you to respond to your child with compassion, empathy in navigate those difficult conversations with confidence whilst remaining grounded.

Child and Adolescent Counseling

At Heal from Within, we understand that navigating the complexity of adolescence can at times feeling overwhelming which can lead to mental health difficulties i.e., depression, anxiety and other various concerns.

Our child/adolescent sessions offer a nurturing environment for young people to explore and discuss their emotions by providing a safe, non-judgmental space.

With Chloe's 15-year expertise working with young people she has vast experience in understanding the unique needs of teenagers and the significance of addressing mental-well-being during these formative years. She has experience working with young people who have experienced eating disorders, self-harm, low mood, stress, school avoidance, problematic sleep, overthinking, exam worry, low self-confidence, self-esteem, bullying and gender identity.

Chloe’s child centered approach to working with young people means she is able to connect and build strong rapport so young people feel comfortable in her company and are able to open up and work through their issues in a safe environment without feeling judged.

At Heal from Within, we recognize that each young person is unique, with their own set of strengths and areas for growth. We empower young people to recognize their inner strength, enhance self-awareness and allows opportunity to build resilience and for growth.

Some clients prefer to come on a regular basis and book monthly packages, others need more flexibility in their lives.

  • 70 min - 120 euro

    Parent to attend with young person and with young person consent will join for 30mins of initial session

  • Initial session - 70mins - 120 euro

    Any subsequent sessions - 50 mins - 70 euro

  • 50 min - 70 euro

Please fill out our client intake form on your contact page. Kindly take some time to provide a summary on why you are seeking therapy and support.

Alternatively you can simply drop me an email or text message and I will respond with a time/date for an initial consultation.

Book Your Initial Consultation

Please allow up to 72 hours to review your form. You will then receive an email from me with a link to book your initial 20 min free consultation.

Step Three

On the day if your initial consultation we meet in our therapy space or online to discuss your situation and together develop a plan on how we can improve it.
